During view composition, drawing models, saved views, and Building views are created for placement in sheets. The overall process starts by viewing the design models in such a way that the internal details of the design are revealed. These special views of are created with clip volumes that contain a cutting plane (sometimes called a section plane) which passes through and cuts the model geometry.
